Hi I'm Tricia from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

I am a collector and amateur hybridizer of daylilies.

I fell in love with daylilies in the year 2000.

My first acquisition was the famous 'Stella De Oro' and from there my passion for daylilies awoken.

This small yellow daylily was one of the easiest plants I had ever grown and it had put on a marvellous long blooming display with total neglect on my behalf.

"Hmmm, now they are the plants that I want to grow".

Of course with ample water, food and correct growing conditions, they will thrive and perform even better.

The hardest thing now is deciding which lovely beauty to add to my collection. There is always a new hybrid to tempt me, something a little different to what I have, or something that one day (I hope) I will be able to hybridize with and create my own 'cutting edge daylily'.
