Louisiana Iris Marie Dolores – Massive huge blooms the first Louisiana Iris to bloom in my garden and is believed to be up with the best white Louisiana iris. It was named after a Mother Superior at the Carmelite Convent in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Ruffled white, veined orange, orange signal; cream styles; pronounced sweet fragrance. ‘Acadian White’ X ‘Ila Nunn’. Deep South Gardens 1988.
